The Training and Placement Cell at P.E.S. College provides the guidance the students need to step into the corporate world. The soft skills trainings provided to the students. The emphasis is given to increase the employability of the students.
The training begins in the first year of degree college and continues till the final year. In the first year focus on self development and communication skills. As gradually students goes to higher classes the focus moves on to other soft skills such as time management, stress management, goal setting and decision making. In the final year emphasis is given on technical skills, value addition courses, leadership qualities & teamwork. The industries from core sector and IT sector are visiting for campus placement of the students.
